Most frequently ask questions
We are continuing to follow and maintain provincial guidelines. Prior to any interaction we make sure to sanitize any products that may be used such as books, arts and crafts, tiaras. The performers hands are washed and or sanitized and will be wearing a mask through out the visit. We will only perform for a small group and remain at a safe distance.
Yes you can! We understand situations may occur and we will gladly reschedule up to 48 hours in advance.
We recommend the children arrive 30 minuets prior to the princess in order to get them to settle in before the royal entrance.
Yes a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
We recommend our services for children 8 years old and under. However, we are more than happy to provide much needed magic to all children
We Accept Paypal, and Interact E – transfers. You may also chose to pay the remaining balance when the performer arrives. All payments are made in Canadian dollars
Yes, there will be an additional travel fee for areas out side of Toronto
Due to covid-19 we recommend an outdoor space. we will be happy to perform outside however we do ask you to provide a shaded area
Yes of course! Gratuity is always appreciated but never expected.
Yes, we do ask for an space to sits and a table for crafts if applicable
Absolutely! The performances will cater to all children
Yes! Interacting for one child can be an extremely magical and memorable experience.
